As the head of design for small-business lending at JPMorgan Chase, Dresden McBride is responsible for leading a team tasked with designing solutions for the bank’s business banking customers. As part of her process, McBride leans on her user experience research colleagues to inform problem definition and craft learning plans to test hypotheses and evaluate solutions.
